Affirmations fail because they argue. The Already-True Fragment is the piece of your desire that requires no belief at all — and it is the only place you are allowed to stand.

Never affirm what you doubt. Locate what you know, and stand there until it widens.
Take any outcome you want and break it into its components. A person who wants a thriving business does not actually want a legal entity — they want a specific set of experiences: being trusted with real work, being paid without apologising, choosing their hours, being known for something. Break the outcome down far enough and you will always reach a fragment that is already true today.
Perhaps you have been trusted with real work once, by one person, five years ago. That is the fragment. It is small, it is unimpressive, and it is unarguable — and unarguable is the only quality that matters here, because the subconscious does not respond to volume, it responds to the absence of contradiction.
