ListenThe closing sentence
Closure is not something another person gives you. It is a sentence you finish alone.

Some files cannot be finished by action. The person is gone, or unwilling. The money was lost. The years passed. Conventional advice tells you to accept it, which is a description of a destination with no route attached. The Completion Method gives you the route: a closing sentence, spoken once, with three specific parts.

Part one is the plain fact, stated without adjective. 'She did not choose me.' 'I spent four years on that.' 'The money is gone.' Adjectives are how the mind keeps a file open — cruel, wasted, stupid. Strip them. The fact alone is almost always survivable; it is the adjectives that are not.
