ListenWhat you are allowed to count
Nothing is neutral to a mind that is keeping score badly.

After the reversal, the audit, and the closings, the main threat to your sense of already is your own scorekeeping. Left unmanaged, the mind counts every silence as rejection and every delay as verdict. Evidence discipline is the practice of deciding, in advance, what may be entered into the record.

The rule has two clauses. First: only completed events count. Not silences, not delays, not the absence of a reply, not what someone probably thinks. Second: events count once. A single disappointment reviewed nine times has been entered into the record nine times, and your sense of reality is built from the count, not from the truth.
